What you will do
Team Support: Support the effective management and delivery of Children’s Services, working alongside social care professionals to maintain high standards of practice.
Practice Oversight: Provide professional support and guidance to social care staff, contributing to effective case management and decision-making.
Children and Families: Help ensure that the needs, welfare and outcomes of children and families remain central to practice.
Multi-Agency Working: Work collaboratively with relevant professionals and partner agencies to support coordinated services and positive outcomes.
Case Management: Contribute to effective oversight of cases, ensuring appropriate standards of practice, recording and service delivery are maintained.
Professional Practice: Promote high-quality social care practice and support the development of a positive and effective team environment.
