Job summary

Wildwood Port Solent is looking for a Team Manager to lead the floor, set the tone and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience. You’ll be hands-on, directing service, keeping energy high and spotting opportunities to elevate every guest encounter.

You’ll motivate the team, support colleagues and deliver relaxed hospitality with personality. Training is provided, with real progression opportunities and flexible shifts to fit study or side hustles.

The role

As a Team Manager, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll lead the team, set the tone and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing, feels supported and is having a great time while delivering an amazing experience for our guests.

We’re all about personality. Bring your energy, your confidence and your own style to the floor. You’ll be the one working the room, checking in on guests, spotting opportunities to make their experience even better and bringing a little pizzazz to every shift.

You’ll be hands‑on: leading from the front, keeping the team motivated, making sure service runs smoothly and stepping in wherever you’re needed. You’ll know what’s happening across the floor, keep the energy high and make sure both guests and the team leave feeling great.
