Job summary

Primark Newtownabbey is seeking a Part-Time Team Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll support daily store operations, manage a department, organise staff tasks, and optimise visuals, stock and sales in a fast-moving environment.

This role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, and a strong customer focus. You’ll grow with the business through digital learning and career pathways, in a welcoming, inclusive store culture across our global fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department – including planning, stock management, planograms, visual presentation and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive personal development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.

Salary: £13,275 (FTE - £33,189) (with 31 days annual leave pro rate & pension)

Contract: Part-Time, Fixed Term (12 months),

Weekly Hours: 16 hours with full flexibility
