Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Wigan is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a store team, drive customer excellence and deliver strong commercial results. You will oversee a department, organise staff tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations across tills and fitting rooms.

• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract, 5 days out of 7
