Job summary

• Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, risk management and safeguarding practice.
• Monitoring service performance, data quality and key performance indicators to ensure delivery of national and local targets.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead the South East Wandsworth Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH). This is a key leadership role within our Community Mental Health Service, providing operational and clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults with complex and enduring mental health needs.

As Team Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Service Lead, Clinical Manager, fellow Team Managers, Psychology and Medical colleagues, as well as partner organisations across health and social care. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting the continued transformation of community mental health services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for service users, developing staff, and driving innovation within a busy and rewarding service.

The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with proven leadership and management skills, committed to delivering high-quality community mental health care and supporting service improvement.
