Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Leader / Supervisor in Rochester to manage a small yard team working with structural steel. The role is temp-to-perm with early starts and pays £15.00 per hour.

You will supervise approximately six yard operatives and oversee day-to-day yard duties, moving steel safely and coordinating workflows. Experience in structural steel yards, supervising teams, and a strong emphasis on health and safety are essential.

Role Overview

A temp-to-perm opportunity is available for an experiencedTeam Leader / Yardmanworking with structural steel in the Rochester area.

The company works with structural steel and provides services includingshot blasting and finishing.

You will be responsible for supervising a team ofoperativesand overseeing the day-to-day duties and organisation of the yard.
