About the role

As a Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team passionate about delivering the best customer experience.

No two days are the same, but here’s an idea of what to expect:

  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience by helping customers find products and complete purchases.
  • Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting, sizing, and styles.
  • Visual Merchandising: Own the presentation of products to help customers find what they need and discover new items.
  • Lead by example: Energize and support the team, maintain high brand standards, and ensure personalized customer service.
  • Store targets: Support achievement of KPIs, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
  • Store Standards: Maintain store standards, manage deliveries, stock, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
  • Store Operations: Handle opening/closing, key holder duties, and other operational tasks.
  • Executing the new: Support product launches, floor moves, and audits, ensuring team readiness.
