About the role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

- Operations management: You’ll own your P&L and lead key KPIs, focusing on profitability and controlling costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control) to maximize sales and profit.
- Visual standards: You’ll ensure high brand visual standards are maintained, supported by the Visual Team, and your team is trained accordingly.
- Active listening and communication: Your passion for products will help the business grow. Cultivate active listening with your team and share ideas with store partners. Your voice matters.
- Store upkeep and safety: You’ll keep the store compliant, managing product launches, floor set changes, audits, stock counts, H&S policies, ensuring safety and efficiency.
About you
- Experience: Proven store management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Ability to implement company strategy and drive performance.
- Passion for retail: Enthusiastic about retail, creating unique customer experiences.
- Leadership: Lead with purpose, engaging and developing your team.
- Relationship building: Keen to develop relationships with customers, team, and wider business.
- Adaptability: Embrace change, multitask, problem-solve, collaborate.
- Creativity: Approachable, resourceful, with a creative flair for training and engagement initiatives.
