Job summary

Jiggle Asset Management LTD is recruiting for a Team Leader in Dinnington to supervise support workers caring for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role supports individuals across daily living, with a focus on promoting independence and safety.

You will line manage a team, coordinate training, and work with a multidisciplinary team to manage risks and ensure high-quality care. This full-time position includes shift work and a competitive hourly rate with a £10 enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring support for individuals in all areas of their lives.
  • These will cover the following main areas: Physical and psychological support; Facilitate increased independence; Contribute to the smooth running of the service; Support individuals with behaviours described as challenging; Support individuals with communication difficulties and sensory impairments; Develop the staff team; Report accidents/incidents accordingly; Work in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team; Identify risk and mitigate it.
