Job summary

Specsavers Norge is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist in daily store operations and support the directors in achieving exceptional customer service and technical standards.

You will coach and motivate staff, using KPIs to increase sales, reduce costs and maximise profits while maintaining a warm, friendly store atmosphere and ensuring superb eyewear customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology.

Job description

As Retail Supervisor you will assist the store directors with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store. You will support with supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service. You will support by inspiring the team and using KPI’s to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits.

Please note that previous optics experience is essential for this role.
