Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting a Team Leader (Specialist Intervention) within Children’s services. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and lead high-quality, evidence-informed interventions to support families and prevent escalation.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration across partners and a commitment to learning and continuous improvement. The post is based in Gloucestershire/Cotswolds with responsibility for the Family Help model and ensuring outstanding

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver child-centred services.
• Provide strong professional supervision and support to staff.
• Lead and deliver evidence-based interventions for families.
• Build effective partnerships across health, education and social care.

• Oversee operations of the Intensive Intervention Teams.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to staff.
