PAY: 14.21 per hour

HOURS: 6am to 2.30pm

DAYS: Monday to Friday

Job Title: Sausage Process Team Leader

Job Summary:

Direct Table Foods Ltd is looking for a skilled Sausage Process team Leader to oversee our food production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team is operating efficiently, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality. As a Sausage process Team Leader, you will lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining production records and reporting any issues to management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process room staff and ensure that targets are met
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Train and supervise process workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Maintain production records and report any issues to management
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are reported immediately
• Ensure that the production area is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are metDevelop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
