A leading cinema chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to oversee front of house operations and lead Team Members. The position requires cash handling, training, and resolving customer complaints. Job description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading Team Members and your cinema's front of house operations. You will form part of the Cinema Leadership Team by acting as the first point of escalation for customer interactions, and assume the responsibility of a Duty Manager when required, which includes key-holding.

Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.

• Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (e.g. IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
• Cleaning & Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
