About the Role

Team Leader - Recoveries Department

Manchester

Hybrid - During your six-month probation period, you'll be based in our Media City office each day. Once you've successfully completed probation, you'll move to a hybrid working pattern with two office days per week.

About the team

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Team Leader to join our RTA Recoveries department. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, technical quality, financial performance, and colleague development across a high-performing recoveries team.

The RTA Recoveries team is a knowledgeable, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to maximising recovery opportunities for our clients following road traffic accidents. The team manages a varied caseload, working collaboratively to overcome challenges, share expertise, and achieve excellent results. We take pride in fostering a positive culture where colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills, contribute new ideas, and support one another's success. As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance while helping to shape an engaged and motivated team.
