Job summary

HF Recoveries in Manchester is recruiting a Litigation Executive to support a busy recoveries team, handling motor and insurance-related claims through the litigation process. The role focuses on managing a litigated caseload, drafting documents, taking witness statements, and instructing Counsel to secure favourable outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in RTA liability, insurance sector exposure, and a proactive, client‑facing approach with strong data interpretation

Following a Road Traffic Accident, HF’s recoveries team are instructed by insurance companies to determine liability and then recover uninsured losses and insurer’s outlay from third parties. HF has been undertaking recoveries work for clients for a number of years and the team have a great reputation due to their specialist industry experience securing many millions of pounds per annum for clients

• Previous experience within a similar role handling a case load.- Desirable
• A knowledge or experience of RTA liability - Desirable
• Previous experience working within the insurance sector – Desirable

• Ability to demonstrate initiative. – Essential
