We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join the Pre-Assessment Team as Team Leader.
The candidate should be motivated and a team player who is dedicated to providing high standards of care, safety, and practice for patients.
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the pre-assessment team and the development of staff within that team. They will serve as a professional role model, providing visible leadership for the team, and will be an expert clinical practitioner.
The post holder will work closely with members of the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure that patients are pre-assessed appropriately before their surgery.
