Job summary

Sodexo Live! at the Amex Stadium in Brighton & Hove is seeking hands‑on Team Leaders to manage a Concourse Kiosk team during matchdays and events, including preparing and serving Detroit‑style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards.

The role runs for the 2026/27 season, with opportunities on matchdays and non‑matchdays. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality, a strong kitchen background, and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in hospitality.
• Hands-on food preparation in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience preparing and cooking food in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume operation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays and major events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team during busy matchdays and events.
• Prepare, cook, and serve Detroit-style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards.
• Support the day-to-day running of the kiosk and ensure smooth service.
• Train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Manage stock levels and minimising waste.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues during service.
• Lead by example and create a positive team culture.

Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
