Job summary

Sodexo Live! is recruiting Bar Staff to join the Hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 season, with opportunities on matchdays and non-match days. Bring energy and a passion for great service in a bustling stadium environment.

You will deliver drinks, handle tills, and maintain stock and cleanliness while upholding safety and customer-care standards. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with flexible evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar environment.
• Good knowledge of allergen compliance.
• Available to commit to the majority of matches during the 2026/27 season (Sept 2026 onwards).
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly.
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately.
• Re-stock bar products, glassware, and consumables throughout service.
• Support with queue management and customer flow during peak periods.
• Ensure all customers receive a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience.
• Report any issues, incidents, or stock shortages to supervisors or management.
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and venue standards.

With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.

• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season (fixtures released in June) which start in September 2026
