Job summary

Lifeways Group in Peterborough is seeking a Care Team Leader to inspire and manage a team of Support Workers within a New Supported Living service. You will lead shifts, ensure high standards of care, and help people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.

The role requires previous leadership in health and social care, NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, and strong recruitment, training, and IT skills.

Hours: 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday

Shifts: Varied

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence
