Job summary

Penhaligon's Regent Street is seeking a full-time Team Leader to support the store management and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a passionate sales team, uphold Penhaligon's luxury standards and contribute to achieving commercial goals with style.

As a confident people leader, you will motivate colleagues, mentor brand ambassadors and deliver memorable fragrance consultations that bring the Penhaligon's story to life for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in niche fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Passion for fragrance and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a busy retail environment.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to hit sales targets.
• Ability to motivate and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the Regent Street store.
• Take responsibility for the store and team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Continuously motivate team members to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Ensure all Fragrance Consultants deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Analyse available sales reports and data to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Assist with client database management and strengthen customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Support training, coaching and development of team members.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager across staffing, risk management, security and inventory.
• Support visual merchandising directives and maintain store standards.
• Bring the Penhaligon's brand to life through fragrance consultations and storytelling.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a full-time Team Leader to join our Regent Street store, supporting the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving commercial goals and maintaining the high standards that define Penhaligon's.

As Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store and have the confidence to step into the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. You'll help motivate the team, drive sales performance and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable Penhaligon's experience.

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the Regent Street store.


• Take responsibility for the store and team in the Store Manager's absence.

We’d love to meet you if you have

• Previous experience within a niche fragrance, beauty, premium or luxury retail environment.


• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder or Senior Sales/Fragrance Consultant would be advantageous.


• A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.


• A passion for fragrance and creating memorable, personalised customer experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy retail environment.


• A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.


• The confidence to motivate and support others, leading by example on the shop floor.
