Hello! I’m one of the people living at Cedar Lodge here at David Lewis, and I want to tell you about an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Night Team Leader. We’re looking for someone special to support us in our home at David Lewis, where we prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

You’ll be the heart of our team, leading and supporting staff who help improve our daily lives. You will be part of a medium-sized team supporting six of us, so we need someone who can balance leading shifts with being hands-on and working alongside the team. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, and we’ll look to you to create opportunities for us to grow, learn, and enjoy life in our own unique way.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of support staff: Ensure smooth operations while fostering a positive, supportive environment.
• Support us in our daily activities: Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and activities to make our home a great place.
• Create opportunities for growth and development: Help us grow, enjoy life, and stay safe overnight.
• Be the first point of contact for your team: Answer questions and guide staff to provide the best support.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK: Ensure you have the appropriate right to work; we do not offer sponsorship.
• Driver’s license: A full UK driving license is required, as driving is essential for the role.
• Proactive and organized: Manage shifts and staff while being hands-on in support tasks.
• Shift hours: 21:00 – 07:45.
