Red Bull Powertrains are committed to supporting the successful applicant in making this step and will help develop existing leadership, managerial, and coaching skills to complement existing first-class technical knowledge.

The successful candidate will be a recognised authority on material science or engineering, and as well as being expected to mentor the Materials Engineering team will play an important role championing and promoting the selection of appropriate materials, processes, and manufacturing techniques across all engineering functions.

Essential requirements:
  • Materials Science or Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of materials research, development, testing or analysis and its contribution to reliability and performance of mechanical or electrical components or systems

  • Proven experience mentoring colleagues in a high-performance engineering discipline
What we’re looking for in you:
  • Passion for innovation, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
