Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a creative Lifestyles Team Leader at Lambwood Heights, Chigwell, to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents, reflecting their interests and life stories. You will lead the Lifestyles Team, coordinate daily events, and work closely with care staff and families to create welcoming, inclusive experiences.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role includes a dayshift pattern, £15 per hour, and a supportive environment that values compassion, teamwork, and resident

About the role

As Lifestyles Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will lead and coordinate the Lifestyles Team, ensuring a varied and person-centred programme that reflects residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £15 per hour

Shift: Days (Includes some weekends)

• Encouraging active participation and creating inclusive, engaging experiences.
• Coordinating tasks and supporting the Lifestyles Team.
• Ensuring a varied and stimulating programme of daily events.
• Working closely with care staff and family members to truly understand each resident’s background, interests, and life experiences.
• Sharing best practice and encouraging all staff to take an active role in residents’ activities.
