Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting a Team Leader for adults with learning disabilities near Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. You will lead a fast-growing service, support the Service Manager, and ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves supervising a team, managing rotas, and coordinating daily activities, with some evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. A Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, plus relevant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in learning disability settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to complete further training when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage rota, daily activities and day-to-day operations with the Service Manager.
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and health & safety regulations.
• Attend meetings and liaise with colleagues and professionals.
