DELICIOUS FOOD AND DRINK
- Ensure the team delivers delicious food by following the 6 Key Points of Production.
- Follow the 11-Step Production Process for safety and quality.
- Prioritize customer needs without compromising quality or freshness.
- Use and follow How to Cards consistently to meet Pret standards.
- Carry out successful Line Checks and implement improvements.
- Ensure no Made to Sell rejects are on display.
- Develop the team’s knowledge about food and coffee quality.
- Maintain high standards for Barista Prepared Drinks.
- Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards diligently.
- Monitor and record safety checks correctly.
- Take immediate corrective actions when issues arise.
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Proactively monitor standards and see the shop through the customers’ eyes using MBWA.
- Report and escalate quality issues appropriately.
- Maximize sales, efficiency, and profit through forecasting, rota, ordering, and production.
- Order accurately based on business needs.
- Monitor and follow up on Mystery Shopper requirements.
- Maintain good stock control following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted.
- Adhere to Pret’s Financial Standards to minimize risks and ensure safety.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and use marketing to drive sales.
GROWING SALES
