An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader based at one of the following locations: Three Towns Resource Centre, Lister Street, Kilmarnock, or Ailsa Hospital.

What you will do:

• Provide operational, managerial, leadership, and clinical support across a variety of settings within a 24/7 service.
• Offer leadership, support, and supervision to your team and be part of the wider unscheduled care management team.
• Work effectively with wider teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centered care.
• Ensure the delivery of home treatment services meeting the needs of Ayrshire & Arran service users.
• Lead, manage, support, and supervise staff within your team.

Knowledge, Training, and Experience:

• RMN qualification is essential.
• A full driving license is required.
• Experience in acute mental health nursing in the community and working in a crisis/home treatment team is desirable.
• Experience working as part of a management team is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as a lone worker in various community settings.
• Understanding of current mental health policies and legislation.
• Interest and experience in delivering training is desirable.
