Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and coordinating teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using standard office software and warehouse systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the quality of work and manage team performance.
• Ensure products are handled in line with guidelines.
• Complete investigations and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Support HR functions including disciplinary processes.
• Maintain site cleanliness and maintenance.
• Track team performance and provide upskilling opportunities.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to perform at their best.
