Job summary

Lifeways Group in Rotherham is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within our Supported Living services. You will lead a team of Support Workers, assist with recruitment and staff development, and ensure accurate records are kept using digital systems while maintaining compassionate, outcome-focused care.
