Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Winchester Services to lead shifts, uphold food safety and service standards, and act as a brand ambassador for Burger King. The role offers a strong development path and opportunities to progress into management as part of our UK rest stop experience transformation.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with excellent communication, capable of guiding teams during peak times and delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered
• Maintain outstanding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times
• Monitor performance through key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a role model for Burger Kings values, service standards, and ways of working
