About the Role

Location: Barnstaple - Little Bridge House

Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £43,633 - £50,091

Role Overview

Are you passionate about supporting families in children's hospice care, including bereavement and sibling support? Join us to lead and develop our family support services, working closely with the care leadership team and senior management to enhance our programs and ensure high-quality support.

About Us

We are a charity providing hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. Our ethos is to support the whole family, offering care at the hospice, at home, and virtually, tailored to their needs.

Candidate Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience in social work, public health nursing, or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience working with children and families facing loss in a palliative care setting
  • Professional development record, audit, and research experience
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary team leadership
  • Leadership experience, with team management responsibilities
