Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader (Express) at EXPPFS - 5326 Rhostyllen PFS. This part‑time permanent role involves day shifts, 16 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.10 per hour.

You will lead a busy team in store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, standards are high and customers are happy. You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, use data to make decisions, and adapt across formats including Asda Express.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing your section efficiently—whether that’s replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food—making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy. You’ll support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.

About You You’re a natural leader who thrives in a busy retail setting. You’ll be confident in coaching and motivating others, with a hands‑on approach and a passion for delivering great customer service. You’ll be flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges across different store formats—including our growing Asda Express locations. You’ll also be comfortable using data and insight to make decisions, and you’ll take pride in helping your team grow and succeed.
