ASDA is looking for a Team Leader (Express) in Basingstoke. The role is part-time (16 hours/week), permanent contract, with a £14.10 pay rate. You’ll lead a team across Express and other formats, driving service quality and store standards.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, adapt to busy retail, and use data to inform decisions to meet targets and ensure customers have a great experience.
