Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader (Express) to drive daily operations at our Hull/Hedon Road location. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure shelves are stocked while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction. You’ll work 36 hours on a day shift, supporting a rapid, customer-focused Express environment across formats.

You’ll use data to inform decisions, adapt to change, and help your team grow while contributing to Asda’s commitment to value and service across all stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and team coaching.
• Ability to use data and insight to make decisions in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service focus with proactive problem-solving.
