Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader (Express) to lead and develop a frontline team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role covers express store formats, with responsibilities spanning replenishment, checkouts, grocery and fresh sections to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

You will coach colleagues, use data to drive decisions, and adapt to varying duties across store formats. The position is permanent, part-time (30 hours/week), with a dayshift pattern and 24/7 store operations.
