Job summary

ASDA in Hexham is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy store area, ensuring stock levels, storefront standards and customer service are consistently strong. You will coach colleagues, drive sales, and support daily operations across varying sections, including replenishment, checkouts, groceries and fresh foods.

The role is part-time (32 hours per week) with days shifts, permanent contract and a focus on delivering a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for customers.
