Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Team Leader (Express) for 24 hours per week on a permanent contract. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations across store sections, including replenishment, checkouts, groceries and fresh food.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues with a hands-on approach, be comfortable using data to make decisions, and adapt across our Express formats to keep standards high and customers happy.

Our stores operate 24/7 across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing your section efficiently—whether that’s replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food—making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy. You’ll support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.

About You
