**Cineworld Enfield** is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team! Located on the busy A10 and Southbury Road junction, our cinema features 15 screens, including IMAX, 4DX, and a Starbucks coffee shop. We showcase the latest blockbusters in various formats and host live content. If you're passionate about film, we want to hear from you.

Our operating hours vary from 9:00 am to 3:00 am, and we are looking for candidates available any day and time.

The Team Leader role offers more responsibility. You will be the face of Cineworld, leading your team to deliver an exceptional cinema experience, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

1. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
2. Food Handling and Stock Control
3. Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
4. Cleaning
5. Increasing Sales
6. Maintaining Standards
7. Dealing Face-to-Face with Large Groups of People
8. Addressing and Resolving Complaints
9. Induction and Training of Team Members
10. Coaching Team Members
11. Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
