Job summary

CareTech Community Services in Leicester is seeking a Team Leader to deliver person-centred support at Huntsman Lodge. The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.79 per hour.

You will work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, promote independence, maintain records and support activities and community access. Enhanced DBS is required, and willingness to work towards Health & Social qualification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Health & Social qualification
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support activities, appointments, and community access
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
