Job summary

Brook Street in Rochdale is seeking a Team Leader to drive high standards of care across three supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will lead a compassionate team, promote best practice, and work closely with managers to deliver person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in supported living or care settings.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
• Willingness to work on rota basis; car driver desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team daily across 3 services.
• Motivate team members, set expectations, and maintain a performance-driven environment.
• Oversee rotas, support plans and ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting.
• Work on a rolling rota including days, mornings and evenings.
