Job summary

National Care Group Limited is seeking a Team Leader to join the Affinity Supporting People South Limited team in Rochdale. You will promote person‑centred support, act as front‑line manager, and ensure back office duties are completed in compliance.

You will lead staff to support adults with learning disabilities, monitor activities, and liaise with external partners to ensure clear communication within the home.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
• Leading staff to promote client well‑being, safety and quality of life.
• Monitor and assist delivery of group and individual activities within homes addressing client goals.
• Coordinate liaison with external parties to ensure effective communication within the home.
• Adhere to company values, policies, procedures, legislation and national standards.
• Meet annual objectives and contribute to internal quality compliance systems.
• Participate in on‑call duties.
