WHSmith Travel is looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.

You’ll create a learning culture, support colleague development, and ensure safe, legal operations while partnering with other stores as needed.

If you have progressive retail leadership experience and a track record of building strong relationships and communicating clearly, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Current/recent retail leadership experience with KPI knowledge (ATV).
• Experience leading from the front and helping on the shop floor.
• Ability to support other stores and communicate clearly and effectively.

• Lead and inspire team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver excellent standards and results in line with the Trading plan.
