Job summary

Cranmer House in Fakenham, part of Norse Care, is seeking a Care Team Leader to support residents with compassionate, person-centred care. You will lead the care team, supervise staff, and work closely with home managers to maintain high standards of service for residents in a welcoming environment.

£15.50 (Days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

34average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

Cranmer House is our residential care home in Fakenham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time residential care and support.
