Team Leader of Computer Science
Full-Time | Permanent | TLR Available
Location: Shenfield
Start Date: September 2025

We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Shenfield that is seeking an experienced and committed Team Leader of Computer Science to join their staff on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025.

The successful candidate will lead the Computer Science department, delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, while supporting departmental development and digital learning across the school. A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) is available as part of the salary package.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS with experience teaching Computer Science at KS3–KS5

• Have previous leadership experience or show strong potential to lead

• Be confident with curriculum design, tracking progress, and raising attainment

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for computing and technology

• Bring a calm, organised, and professional approach to teaching and leadership
