An established industry player is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to join their dynamic team in West Lothian. This role involves supervising a dedicated team of cleaners, ensuring that all cleaning duties meet high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience and a strong customer focus, contributing to a positive environment within the school. Monday – Friday: 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm
We have a great opportunity to join an already established team, as a Cleaning Team Leader in West Lothian, supervising a team of 11 cleaners within a School. If you have previous experience working within this sector as a cleaner, and some supervisory experience as well as having a strong customer focus, then this job will be perfect for you!
About the Role:
To supervise and manage all works completed by cleaners on Facilities Management contracts, ensuring safety, quality and cost standards. Responsible for supervising a team of operatives to achieve high standards.
