Job summary

Its Children Limited is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for domiciliary care in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will supervise care workers, oversee care plans, and ensure services meet CQC standards while working closely with families and external professionals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to cover shifts when necessary. A valid UK driving license is desirable to support field visits.

Qualifications

• Leadership of care teams to deliver child-centered domiciliary services.
• Supervise staff with regular appraisals and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and safeguarding policies.
• Flexibility to cover shifts and assist in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and manage a team of care workers delivering high-quality, child-centered care at home.
• Coordinate staff rotas and monitor coverage for all shifts.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding adherence.
• Collaborate with families, health professionals and social services as needed.
• Cover shifts during staff shortages to maintain continuity of care.
