Job summary
Our Children's Residential Home is seeking a Night Team Leader to support residents with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help individuals live more independent lives by aiding with daily tasks and accompanying them on community activities, using a company vehicle when needed.
The role requires compassion, resilience and strong teamwork. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle, and DBS checks are provided to support career development within our
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- A strong team player
- Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy
- A Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or willingness to work towards
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting in daily activities.
- Accompany them on trips into the community.
- Drive the company vehicle when required and ensure safe transport.
- Support with daily routines and care coordination within the home.
