Une entreprise de soins communautaires de premier plan recherche un Team Leader pour rejoindre son service de vie assistée à Reading. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion d'équipe, du soutien direct aux résidents et de la mise à jour des documents essentiels. Ce poste convient à une personne ayant une expérience significative dans le secteur des soins et qui est passionnée par l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des autres.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le secteur des soins de santé et sociaux.
• Expérience dans un cadre de vie assistée ou de santé mentale.
• Doit participer à un système d'appel et voyager entre les services.

Responsibilities

• Travailler avec l'équipe pour assurer un standard élevé de soins.
• Mettre à jour les plans de soutien et les évaluations des risques.
• Effectuer des visites de soins directs en soutien aux travailleurs.

Job description

Are you currently working as a Support Worker within a Supported Living or Mental Health setting? Do you want to take the next steps in your career? Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Reading Supported Living Service.

What will you be doing as a Team Leader?

As a Team Leader you will be working alongside the office team to ensure that service runs smoothly and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all residents within the service. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, 1 page profiles and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis. You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.

You will also be working with clients to ensure they get the most out of care & support from Radis.

Radis was established in 2001, since then Radis has grown to become a leading provider of community based social care and support for thousands of vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales, focused on supporting people to live independently in their own homes and part of their local communities.

Our Reading Supported Living Service supports young people with in the area either in their own home in the community or at one of our supported living flats/houses. We support a range of different service users who live with health conditions such as mental health, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour as well as other health condition.

Shifts

Be able to complete a range of shift patterns such as

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 14:30 - 22:00
• Alternate Weekends

Requirements

• Most importantly we are looking for somebody that has the right values and have a genuine desire to make sure our clients get the best possible support
• You would of worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year as well as worked in a similar Supported Living or Mental Health setting.
• Be willing to take part in an Oncall Rota
• Have access to Vehicle in order to travel between services with in the Reading area
• Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3
