Job summary

EveryDay in North Tyneside is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Personal Support Assistants at Havelock Place, with the potential for hybrid working. You will lead and organise a team to deliver a high quality care and support service, ensuring continuity of service and compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.

The role focuses on enabling independence, confidence and social connections for individuals, working with the Area Manager to achieve service delivery

Qualifications

• Health and Social Care Act 2010 knowledge and practical application.
• Strong understanding of quality issues and good practice in health and social care.
• Health and safety awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise a team of Personal Support Assistants to ensure high continuity of service.
• Provide operational supervision and support in line with objectives and standards.
• Work with the Area Manager to meet contractual obligations and service delivery standards.
• Support individuals to promote independence and maintain social networks per service plans.
