Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Cabin Quality Supervisor to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport. Starting December, you will supervise cabin cleaning teams, deliver on-the-job training, and uphold high safety and quality standards.

A full UK driving licence and three years residence in the UK are required, as well as DBS checks. Shifts are flexible with late and night hours, 5 on 3 off, with a temp-to-perm path.

Qualifications

• Has previous supervising experience; Holds a full UK driving licence; Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more; Demonstrates pride in work and high cleanliness standards; Strong work ethic, reliability and proactivity; Team player with collaborative attitude; Ideally prior cleaning/supervisory experience with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with cleaning specifications.
• Support the professional growth of cabin appearance colleagues by identifying and nurturing future supervisors through continuous development and upskilling opportunities.
• Actively participate as a member of the team, taking part in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks to lead by example and maintain high operational standards.
• Promote and embed an inclusive, welcoming team culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported, particularly when new team members join.
• Actively contribute to the onboarding process, helping new colleagues feel confident, connected, and well-prepared from day one.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, fostering a safe and proactive working environment for all.
• Undertake additional operational responsibilities as required, supporting the wider team and business objectives with flexibility and professionalism.

Staffline is recruiting for a Cabin Quality Supervisor to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport.

Start date in December!

Applicants require a minimum of 3 years of residence in the UK.

A full UK Manual Driving Licence must be held.

The rate of pay is £17.07- £18.78 per hour.

Shifts - Flexible with working hours, including late and night shifts.

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off and you will need to be fully flexible with the days and hours you can work. This could be subject to change!

Offering employment is subject to various background checks such as DBS/ 5-year referencing.

Our Perfect Worker

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous supervising experience
• Holds a full UK driving licence, enabling flexibility across operational duties and locations.
• Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more, as all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
• Demonstrates genuine pride in their work, consistently striving for high standards in cleanliness and presentation.
• Brings a strong work ethic, showing reliability, initiative, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives as part of a team, supporting others and contributing positively to a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Ideally has previous experience in cleaning and/or in a supervisory capacity, though full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
