Job summary

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Team Leader for Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire. You will lead and support our care team, ensuring high-quality care and the delivery of making moments for residents.

The role offers progression opportunities with funded apprenticeships to NVQ Level 3 and pathways to CHAPS or nursing positions. You will oversee supervision, appraisals and clinical duties while maintaining a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

As a Team Leader at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and delivering high quality care.

About Aria Court Care Home:

After a recent refurbishment, Aria Court is now a sparkling 92-bedroom care home with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Located in a quiet residential nook in March, Cambridgeshire, our home boasts a cinema, hair salon, multiple dining rooms. Beautiful gardens provide a bounty of home-grown fruit and veg.

About the role:

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home. Our Team Leader supports us to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of the home.

Development from this role can take you onto CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Salary:

£15.25 per hour (includes a 12.1% uplift in lieu of accrued holiday pay).

Shift Pattern:

Flexible shift pattern across Monday to Sunday.
